BACKGROUND
Washington Christian Academy, located outside of Washington DC in Olney, Maryland, has been a client for over a year. Their turnaround story represents precisely why I started Schola Inbound Marketing. Their story is one of bravery, courage and faith from the parents, faculty, administration and board during very difficult times when they almost lost their home. Without the bold and decisive leadership from the board and the humble servant attitude of the head of school coupled with the enthusiasm, vigor and flexibility of the admissions team, this turnaround would have never taken place.
What I have learned from this client about Inbound Marketing is that success is not due to a website redesign focused on prospects, a targeted facebook ad, a Google remarketing ad, a blog post, or an e-book. It is an overall commitment to a process of repositioning a school within the community to tell a story of how the institution is being used by the Lord to transform lives. Inbound Marketing is a strategy that works, but it is only as good as the leadership that will get behind it.
